Sofa is great, customer service and delivery service was horrible. Sofa took over a month to get delivered and third party delivery company was very rude. Wouldn’t do business again

I am very happy with my new sofa! It is great quality and looks exactly as pictured. While I am happy with the product, customer service wasn’t great and it took 30 days for a delivery date to be scheduled (despite advertising 2-5 days). I was also not offered options for delivery and needed to make myself available at short notice – in the middle of the day on a weekday. There did not seem to be any easy way to communicate with customer service as they never answered a phone call and were difficult to communicate with via text.

I was hesitant buying a large sofa online sight unseen, but everything about it was amazing. Looks exactly as it’s pictured. Well built, the fabric is so soft and the color is perfect. My husband says we need to get rid of it because everytime he lays on it he falls asleep! Also customer service was amazing. We will definitely be repeat customers.
